Road Closures
Road closure information will be made available approximately 4 weeks in advance of the event to ensure our community is aware of the road closures resulting from the race. It is our intent to inconvenience you as little as possible and we have a robust traffic and safety plan in place to mitigate impact in the communities we are running through.

Park Access
We recommend taking the CTrain to the Downtown West–Kerby Station, which is steps away from Cowboys Park. Walking or biking are also encouraged due to limited parking. We will have bike racks available at Cowboys Park.
Limited paid parking is available in the surrounding areas. Lots can be found by searching for nearby CPA Lots or Indigo Parking Lots. Please note that CPA Lot 9064 at the south end of Mewata Armoury will be closed.
Getting to Calgary
The Calgary International Airport (YYC) is the place you will fly into if you are joining us by air. If you are travelling from outside Alberta, please understand and obey the current Government regulations for Alberta and your province before and after the event.
Accommodation
The Alt Hotel Calgary East Village is ready to welcome guests of the Calgary Police Classic on race weekend! Alt Hotel Calgary East Village is located just steps from the Bow River and all of the area’s amenities and attractions.
Navigating from the Alt Hotel to Cowboy's park is a breeze! It is a short walk from the Alt Hotel to the City Hall CTrain Station, and then a quick (FREE) 4-stop ride takes you directly to Cowboy's Park.
